High-performance dry drawing powders and lubricant pastes formulated for a stable lubrication film, lower drawing temperature and longer die life — with a clean, bright wire surface after drawing.
We match the soap type and fat content to your wire and process — tell us the material and we recommend the right grade.
General-purpose dry powder for nails, mesh, fencing and standard wire.
Calcium-soap grades that resist high temperature and pressure for rope, spring and PC wire.
Special-grade powders for stainless drawing with a clean, bright finish.
Non-ferrous grades that protect surface quality for electrical and alloy wire.
Grades for CO₂ / SAW welding wire with consistent coating and drawability.
Fat content and additives tuned to your line speed, dies and residue requirements.
The two main dry drawing soaps are chosen by wire material, draw temperature and speed.
Calcium soap powder resists high temperature and pressure, forms a tough lubrication film and is the standard choice for high-carbon and stainless steel drawing — including rope, spring, tyre bead and PC wire.
Sodium soap powder has better solubility and flow, wets the wire readily and is often preferred for high-speed and fine wire where easy residue removal matters. Some multi-pass lines use a mixed (calcium + sodium) soap so one powder covers the whole process.
Not sure which to use? Send us your wire material, inlet/outlet sizes and line speed — we recommend the grade and fat content that gives the longest die life and cleanest surface.
Stable lubrication film cuts friction and die wear across multi-pass drawing.
Less heat at the die reduces pick-up and keeps wire surface bright.
Engineered for low dust and a cleaner, safer shop floor.
Repeatable formulation and export-grade 25 kg packaging.
